Is this Journey for me?

What is my soul needing and desiring in this season of life?

You may be the woman this Journey was created for if…

You feel like you've lost yourself.

You've spent years being a wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, employee, leader, caregiver, or friend. You've become very good at being there for everyone else. But somewhere along the way, you stopped knowing what it means to be there for yourself. You wonder: Who am I now?

You are carrying a season that changed you.

Maybe you've experienced grief. A difficult marriage season. A major transition. Loss. Disappointment. Betrayal. A changing body. An empty nest. A dream that didn't happen. Or simply the slow realization that the life you built doesn't feel like the life your soul is longing for.

You feel spiritually disconnected.

You believe in Jesus, but believing and experiencing are not always the same thing. You want to know His voice, pray honestly, and see Scripture become alive again. You want more than knowing about God. You want intimacy with God.

You are tired of carrying shame.

You have things in your past you wish were different: mistakes you replay, choices you regret, and parts of yourself you don’t like. You may believe you’ve missed your chance. This journey invites you to bring those places into the light—not so you can be defined by them, but so you can encounter the grace of Christ within them.

You are struggling to feel at home in your own body.

Perhaps you criticize your reflection. You’ve tried diets, started and stopped routines, and told yourself you’ll feel better when you lose the weight, get disciplined, or finally get yourself together. But what if caring for your body could become an expression of love rather than punishment? We tend to the whole woman here: mind, body, and spirit.

You know something needs to change.

You may not know exactly what, but you know you can’t keep living from the same patterns. You are ready to become curious about what lies underneath them—ready to tell the truth, ready to listen, and ready to participate in your own healing.

Several months from now…

I can't promise that everything in your life will be miraculously different.

But I can imagine something deeper.

Maybe you find yourself standing differently inside your own story.

You pray with greater honesty.

You recognize shame without automatically believing it.

You look at your body with more compassion.

You know how to bring difficult emotions to Jesus instead of immediately trying to escape them.

You have a deeper understanding of who you are.

You carry your burdens differently.

You have a new language for your relationship with God.

And perhaps you'll know, not just intellectually but experientially:

I am loved.
I am held.
I belong.
Jesus is with me.

This journey is not therapy, clinical treatment, or crisis care. If you are in an acute mental health crisis or need specialized clinical support, that deserves the appropriate professional care.

This journey may also not be the right fit if you’re looking for a quick fix, a formula, or someone to tell you exactly what to do. Formation takes time. Healing requires honesty. Transformation requires participation. And this journey asks you to show up—not perfectly, but genuinely.

If something in you quietly whispered yes…pay attention.

Maybe this is your invitation to stop carrying it all by yourself.
